"I am an attorney in Fairbanks, Alaska.  I have had the good fortune of knowing Sasun (Yogi) since December of 2016.  Our acquaintance was made after a happy coincidence of my husband and I needing a driver while we were in Boston for the first time and Yogi happened to be in the exact right spot at that time.  Since that first trip, I have traveled to Boston regularly multiple times a year.  Every trip, I have contacted Yogi to handle my airport run to and from Boston.  During my last trip when the pandemic was starting in March of 2020, he made himself available on a very flexible schedule to get me everywhere I needed to be in the City, which was a huge relief for me as it meant I did not need to coordinate any logistics whatsoever.   

Yogi is unfailingly reliable, gracious and very responsive.  It is such a wonderful relief after long overnight flying across the country to know that Yogi will be there on time as always no matter the weather or time of my flight arrival and that he is tracking the flight en route so that any delays are already handled by him before I've landed.  I never need to check with him ahead of time to make sure he will be where I need him to be.  His restaurant recommendations have never failed to disappoint.  If I have a question about something relating to my time in Boston, he will provide guidance and then follow-up later to make sure the restaurant or museum met my expectations.  

I honestly cannot imagine a trip to Boston without seeing Yogi coming and going.  His knowledge of every city street and the neighborhoods (without a map) is uncanny.  Yogi is easy to talk to, has a great sense of humor, and always inquires how my family is doing when I arrive, which I think shows a level of courtesy that is disappearing nowadays.  In short, he has added a welcome degree of familiarity to my Boston trips that I do not think I would have otherwise."
